What to cook?

Some uses of paprika for our kitchen.

-Properties of Paprika: Its use helps to regulate cholesterol and triglycerides, besides it has a powerful antioxidant action. It is also considered a spice with high diuretic properties, as it helps to eliminate toxins through the urine. In Spain its production is very widespread.

-Use in the kitchen: It can be sweet or spicy and is perfect for both stir-fries and in legumes, for example lentils or with potatoes, etc. With oil and garlic it is a great seasoning, but if it fries too much it tends to get bitter. In dishes like the ‘octopus a la gallega’ or the ‘lacón con grelos’ is the perfect ingredient.
