H ijos de Raul Navarro, S.L. maintains the family tradition in the manufacturing of paprika since 1883, working with the same artisan methods of the old days but relying on the most modern technology which allows a higher of quality control.
The production starts at the paprika fields, where the best raw materials are selected with an optimum ripeness degree for their processing.
The paprika pods are harvested by hand in the fields and they are washed and dehydrated inmediately.
The grinding process is then performed, where the dehydrated technology to obtain a fine granulated paprika, depending on the client´s requirements.
The whole process is controlled in accordance with the most demanding quality regulations and the different products are subjected to the most exhaustive analysis in our own laboratories.
