– 1/2 kg of potatoes
– 3 cloves of garlic
– ¼ liter of virgin olive oil
– A tip of cayenne pepper
– 100 gr of tomato sauce
– 4 tablespoons of brandy
– A branch of parsley
– A teaspoon of cayenne pepper
Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium dice.
Boil them in salted water for 5 minutes so they are still very raw.
Then, drain them. Put them in a pan with hot oil over medium heat till them get brown.
Remove some of the oil from the pan and fry in it the garlic, the parsley and some cayenne pepper.
Add the tomato sauce and brandy and flame them.
Finally, add the paprika and stir. Pour the sauce over the potatoes and serve.
